The Gozsdu udvar (Gozsdu courtyard or Gojdu courtyard) is a new project about reconstructing the middle part of the city. Especially in the VI.th, VII.th, VIII.th, IXth districts the old colonies became like a slum. Now new luxury apartments and community services are replacing some parts of these areas.
