So I’m currently in the “email dialogue” phase with the architect. We bought a fantastic little lot overlooking the lake in summer 2006 and we’re finally on our way with cottage design. My husband was smitten with the lake when we spent the night there on a family trip. We looked into lots for sale and discovered a vacant town lot for a price we just couldn’t pass up.
