From Julie: Ilse Crawford recently revamped the interiors of the Olde Bell Inn, an Elizabethan-era coaching inn located in the bucolic Berkshire village of Hurley in the English countryside. Crawford covered the floors with handwoven rush matting, installed Bestlite wall lamps, furnished the rooms with Ercol Windsor rocking chairs, and added a dash of red to the neutral color scheme with a Roberts Revival radio.
