Observatory Sydney August 25th 1858 58/93 Sir I beg to call your attention once more to the want of a proper supply of water for the Observatory. The expense which this want has already occasioned me would have been more than enough to supply the deficiency had I known that it was your intention to neglect so necessary a provision for so long a time. I also feel it my duty to protest against any farther delay in enclosing a portion of the ground on the south side of the Observatory. I
